Most training/classes are 20 - 35 minutes. In and out in under and hour. All training/classes are by appointment only.


All training /classes may not be available to all clients based upon level of skill/fitness or availability of space.


Scheduling will be done at the discretion of the instructor/staff.


Special classes, independent instructors, and off peak hours may be available at an additional cost.


Training does not include cost of equipment such as mats, boxing gloves, rope, etc.
